Our Music Program

Loch Raven United Methodist Church is in search of a Music Director. This position requires three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a church Music Director or Minister of Music. Applicant must be proficient on piano/keyboard and additional skill on the guitar is desired. Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills; will need to work with others with a professional and positive regard for people of diverse backgrounds. The Music Director must have a well-endowed knowledge of traditional church hymns, and must employ a variety of music styles including, but not limited to, gospel, spiritual and contemporary church music to serve LRUMC’s multi-cultural and multi-generational church.
